We know that coordinating a wedding day can be a fun yet sometimes stressful experience. It's not "just a wedding" it's your wedding and when faced with all of the details that need to be managed on the "Day Of" many brides like yourself turn to a professional Day of Coordinator to help alleviate some of the stress.
Day of Coordination Services ~
$850.00 - $1100.00
* Price determined by guest count, multiple locations and set up requirements.
There really is no such thing as a "DAY OF" anything. The planning starts at least a month (or more) prior to the big day, and includes coordinating the final details of your wedding.
As your Day of Coordinators, we are here to help you in any way we can to make the day flow flawlessly, but ultimately the decisions are left up to you - the bride.
The days leading up to the Wedding can be very stressful...but it doesn't have to be. We take the stress off of you and make sure all the efforts you put into place all come together perfectly.
Following is a list of the services we provide as your Day of Coordinator:
Wedding Day Preparation~
* Initial consultation to discuss planning & coordination process.
* Contact venue(s) to discuss wedding details & review all contracts, diagrams & outlines.
* Walk through of venue(s) with client & venue coordinator(s).
* Contact vendors to confirm & discuss wedding details & review all contracts, diagrams &
outlines.
* Confirm vendors have updated wedding information throughout planning & event.
* Establish, provide & review an event timeline for all vendors.
* Prepare timeline of events for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
* On going consultation & advice including etiquette when requested.
* Unlimited emails & telephone consultations.
Ceremony Rehearsal:
* Coordinate, organize and facilitate ceremony rehearsal.
* Coordinate with Officiant to establish day-of outline.
* Organization of the ceremony processional and recessional & instruct attendants of their duties for the wedding day.
* Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc.
Wedding Day Coordination~
* Two Coordinator(s) on site day of event. Three coordinators for weddings over 200 guests.
Ceremony Coordination:
* Coordinate deliveries & set-ups with venue & vendors. (We are onsite before the 1st delivery is made)
* Supervise that all flowers, decorations & equipment are placed according to couples specifications for the ceremony.
* Organize, distribute & pin all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests.
* Line up of wedding party for processional.
* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating directions.
* On site event management & coordination of ceremony with couple, wedding party, officiate and vendors.
Reception Coordination:
* Coordinate deliveries & set-ups with venue & vendors. (We are onsite before the 1st delivery is made)
* Supervise that all flowers, decorations & equipment are placed according to couples specifications for
the reception.
* Schedule and maintain accurate timing on day of event including updating vendors during event if necessary. Includes creation & distribution of wedding day timeline.
* On site event management & coordination of reception with couple, wedding party, and vendors.
* Supply "Day Of" emergency kits for Bride, Groom & venues.
* Wedding day gown bustle service.
* Alphabetize and place all programs, seating cards, escort cards, table numbers and menus.
* Organize and set up any photos, toasting flutes, cake cutting items, guest book & pen at reception.
* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating directions.
* Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception such as cake cutting, grand entrance, first dance, toasts, bouquet toss, etc. to ensure that all occur according to schedule and that photographer & videographer are on hand to capture.
* Distribute tips to vendors on wedding day if applicable.
* Assist with bride & groom getaway at end of night including distributing tossing items and line up of guests.
* Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise so that you can enjoy your day stress free!
After Ceremony Activities:
* Prepare cake for couple to take from reception, if desired.
* Prepare, pack and load an evening meal for the couple in the limousine or departure vehicle.
* Make sure everything is packed up for you at the end of the event: cake tops, toasting glasses, guest book, cake server, gifts, etc. and to be given to a caretaker of your choice
* Coordinate with vendors to make sure that they clean up & remove their equipment & supplies after event.
The most important service we provide is support and understanding during the planning as well as on your Wedding Day. We will take care of the "behind the scene" situations so you don't have to.
If you need a shoulder to cry on (or get mad at)...we will be there. If you just need to talk to someone outside the family and friends realm...we will be there. If you're having any problems...we will be there.

Our services include rental of gorgeous wedding reception decorations.
Rental includes décor, delivery, set up, & clean up. You select the colors & we'll do all of the work!
Hourly Consultations ~
Your opportunity to contract a professional to assist you from start to finish.

You may be planning a more budget conscious wedding and see the value in investing in a few hours with a professional to get you started, or you may have hit a road block in your current plans and need some redirection. Anything from assistance with finding qualified wedding professionals, contract review, etiquette questions or design ideas. Individual consultations may be your answer.
We offer hourly consultations to help those couples who just need a point in the right direction, or a sounding board on etiquette, budget or bridal party coaching.

A La Carte Services ~
The á la Carte Services are available to couples seeking specific wedding services. We can assist you by providing any or all of the following services. Feel free to select as many or as few of the services available.
* Creation of favors.
* Arrange a day at the spa (of your choice) — you pick date, time & services, we handle
logistics.
* Pick up wedding attire from shops and deliver to ceremony.
* Transport gifts after reception to hotel or family house.
* Seating chart, floor plan and place cards for reception.
* Assistance with errands (hourly charge, mileage, parking & toll charges apply).
* Coordination & supervision of clean-up of any events and/or parties, including returning rental items to vendors (limited to small incidentals not furniture & heavy equipment)
* Out of Town Guest Services:
* Arrange accommodations for your out-of-town guests including hotel blocks and flight assistance.
* Arrange rental of in town transportation.
* Concierge services for out-of-town guests arriving early for event including recommendations & planning of fun events in the area.
* Assist with compilation & delivery of welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels up to two separate hotels.
* Assist with transportation details from and to airport(s).
* Honeymoon:
* Assist in the honeymoon planning including:
* Destination recommendations.
* Travel agent recommendations.
* Coordination with honeymoon concierge at destination.
* Arrange reservations & obtain tickets if required for spa services, excursions, dinners & events.
* Arrange transportation to and from airports.
* Confirm Honeymoon arrangements with destination and vendors (6months, 3 months, 1 week).
